We’re seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Tower Crane rental division. In this newly created position, you will play a key part in supporting tender submissions and project delivery—keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from start to finish.
Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits across Sydney, this role offers variety and the chance to collaborate with industry experts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the preparation and timely submission of tender documents
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for tender
- Maintain accurate records of all tender documents and communications
- Support the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, such as contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist in creating impactful sales presentations and tailored proposals
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in every interaction

- Bring excellent customer service skills with solution focused approach
- Well-organised and capable of handling multiple priorities while delivering on time
- Able to work independently, yet a reliable team player
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
- Excellent communication skills demonstrating confidence and a cooperative mindset
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ideally have experience in a sales coordination or administrative role in the construction or equipment rental
- Familiarity with tender processes and project coordination in an advantage
