About Us

The Skylight Warehouse is Australia's trusted supplier of premium skylights and accessories. We're gearing up for our biggest time of year - the Black Friday sales period - and we're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Temp to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time temporary role (Monday to Friday) from 1 November to 18 December 2025, with the potential to continue longer term. You'll be supporting our Sales Manager by assisting customers over the phone, answering enquiries, and helping them place orders. You'll also handle some light admin tasks to keep things running smoothly. Full training on our products and systems will be provided - no skylight experience needed

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls & emails and assist with placing orders.

  • Provide friendly and accurate information about products and availability.

  • Process sales orders and update customer details in our system.

  • Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day admin tasks.

  • Help ensure customers have a positive experience during our busiest season.

About You

  • Clear and confident communicator with great phone manner.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or admin.

  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new processes.

  • Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: $24.95 – $34.00 per hour
