At KONE, you'll find innovation that goes somewhere
We see a future of smart cities. As an innovation leader in the elevator and escalator industry, our award-winning products and solutions continue to push boundaries, rethinking how we use buildings for life, work and play.
Our work will take you in different directions
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Regional Inventory Controller (NSWR) to join our dynamic team in Mascot, NSW. Reporting to the Head of Logistics ANZ, you'll take charge of spare parts inventory across multiple regional warehouses and field locations—ensuring stock is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. Your work will directly support field service managers and elevate our service delivery performance across the NSW region.
What will you be doing?
- Manage spare parts inventory across regional warehouses and field sites.
- Ensure timely availability of critical spare parts to support field service managers.
- Support purchasing activities including PR creation, quoting, and SAP system management.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure efficient warehouse and transport operations.
- Lead regular and ad hoc stocktakes, ensuring inventory accuracy and audit compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends and drive improvements.
- Collaborate with demand planning, procurement, and logistics teams to align inventory strategies.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all inventory locations.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field desired
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management, ideally in spare parts or service logistics.
- Proven experience managing 3PLs and warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP), CRM, and inventory management systems.
- Flexible and open to travel across New South Wales as required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, commercial environment.
The breadth of our business means career pathways both local and abroad. You'll be inspired by what's possible, using each new experience as a stepping stone to where you want to go.
