We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mascot, NSW . Reporting to the Head of Logistics ANZ, you will coordinate and optimise the flow of materials and goods across our supply chain. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of products and materials to both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll play a key role in supporting field operations and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control
- Monitor shipment schedules and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
- Liaise with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics execution
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, providing timely updates and ETAs
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics costs
- Analyse logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support logistics strategy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with procurement, planning, and 3PL teams to align logistics with business needs
- Manage internal reporting to track cost and revenue
- Drive continuous improvement across logistics functions to enhance field efficiency
What You'll Bring:
- Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP), CRM, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and develop strong collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
