About the Role

Join Tobias Design's expert contractor network as a
Native Mobile App & UX Designer

. You'll work on
complex, functional mobile applications

that make a real impact. Financial services experience is highly regarded, but we value designers who combine creativity with precision and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Design
    native mobile applications

(iOS and/or Android)
- Translate complex workflows into
intuitive, human-centered experiences

.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing
    native mobile apps

.
- Strong UX design skills with a portfolio showcasing
complex, functional applications

.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and familiarity with design systems.
- Experience in
financial services

or other regulated industries (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
