Job description:
ABOUT USAt DECJUBA, we're all about effortless, edgy fashion that makes you look and feel AMAZING. Relaunched by Tania Austin in 2008, DECJUBA has grown into a leading retailer across Australia and New Zealand, expanding from just five stores to over 160 stores, plus two dynamic online sites. Innovation drives us, and we're constantly striving to push boundaries, improve processes, and stay ahead of the competition. Our team is the heart of everything we do, and we are committed to supporting each member with opportunities for growth and development.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are on the hunt for an AMAZING Senior CRM Coordinator, a key role within our Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will support the Digital Marketing Manager to optimise our CRM and loyalty strategy — managing the DECJUBA Insider loyalty program, coordinating customer lifecycle journeys, and enhancing personalisation and segmentation strategies across email and SMS.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all stages of the customer lifecycle, driving engagement, retention and loyalty for our brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver CRM and loyalty initiatives, including the rollout and management of the DECJUBA Insider loyalty program.
- Coordinate and optimise customer lifecycle journeys and automated flows to enhance engagement and retention.
- Manage customer segmentation to ensure personalised, relevant and timely communication.
- Own the DECJUBA Insider calendar, including points-based promotions, gifting and events.
- Assist with planning, implementing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, social and CRM.
- Monitor, analyse and report on CRM and loyalty performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of CRM, loyalty and digital marketing initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
- You have a strong understanding of brand and customer behaviour, with a passion for fashion and innovation in marketing.
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or digital marketing — ideally within an omnichannel retail environment.
- You are experienced in automation tools, customer segmentation and personalisation strategies.
- You're highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- You're a clear communicator who builds strong relationships and works collaboratively across teams.
- You're analytical and data-driven, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- You're proficient in email campaign management, segmentation and analytics tools such as Klaviyo, Lexer or similar customer data and digital marketing platforms.
If this is you, please express your interest via an up-to-date resume and cover letter detailing why this is the job for you.
