We're looking for a
Global CRM Manager
to take the reins of this newly created role, building our customer relationship management program from the ground up and shaping how millions of customers worldwide experience our brand.
This is a career-defining opportunity to design and own the global omnichannel CRM strategy, driving retention, loyalty, and lifetime value across digital and physical touchpoints. You'll balance strategy with hands-on execution, leading everything from segmentation and lifecycle journeys to platform management and campaign optimisation.
At 2XU, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our community with personalised, meaningful experiences that fuel growth and brand loyalty worldwide.
How you'll make a difference
Build the Global CRM Strategy
- Design and document the global roadmap for lifecycle, segmentation, retention, and loyalty.
- Set best-practice standards and educate regional teams across eCommerce, Retail, and Wholesale.
- Reshape our database for sustainable long-term growth.
Own the Platforms & Data
- Lead Klaviyo setup, integrations, and CDP management for a single customer view.
- Partner with Wunderkind and other Martech providers to unlock smarter automation.
- Maintain database health and compliance across global privacy regulations.
Design & Deliver Omnichannel Journeys
- Launch and optimise lifecycle flows in collaboration with Brand and Marketing.
- Build advanced segmentation strategies for hyper-personalised engagement.
- Integrate CRM seamlessly across online, in-store, wholesale, and events.
Optimise Performance & Growth
- Define and track CRM KPIs including revenue contribution, retention, CLV, and engagement.
- Build A/B testing frameworks and translate insights into strategies that drive measurable results.
- Champion Crew membership growth and loyalty adoption globally.
Lead Collaboration
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to align strategies and deliver impact.
- Manage agencies, platforms, and partners to push CRM innovation and performance.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years' experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (retail/eCommerce/omnichannel preferred).
- Proven track record building CRM strategies from scratch at scale, ideally global.
- Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo, Wunderkind (preferred), and CDPs.
- Strong data-driven mindset with deep knowledge of segmentation, flows, and omnichannel CRM execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
- Creative and strategic thinker who thrives on both big-picture planning and hands-on delivery.
- Outstanding project management skills, capable of juggling multiple global campaigns.
