Digital Performance Specialist – Join Our Growing Team

We're on the lookout for a talented Digital Performance Specialist to join our agency. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer ready to take ownership of campaign strategy, optimisation, and performance across multiple digital channels.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years' hands-on experience in SEM (Google Ads) and digital performance campaigns, looking to grow their skillset. With support from an experienced team you'll grow into leading the strategy and execution of performance marketing across Search, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, Spotify, Outbrain and Programmatic channels.

You'll work closely with our internal teams—creative, account management, sales, and reporting—to bring campaigns to life, drive results, and deliver real value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, setup, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across Google Search and Display
  • Support the strategy, setup, and optimisation of Meta, Spotify, Outbrain and Programmatic channels.
  • Use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for tracking, insights, and measurement
  • Deliver regular campaign performance reporting with actionable insights
  • Develop and test innovative lead generation strategies and conversion optimisation tactics
  • Bring value to client meetings through clear performance updates and strategic input
  • Ensure all campaigns are managed with precision and a strong focus on ROI

What We're Looking For

  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads with a proven track record of driving results
  • Experience with Google Analytics and GTM
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to build data-led campaigns that generate high-quality leads
  • Excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and client interaction
  • Hunger to keep learning and expanding into platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic, and Spotify

  • A passion for conversion rate optimisation and landing page performance
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot & Salesforce. Tools for ad design such as Bonzai & Canva or optimisation tools such as Kenshoo.
