Business Development Manager

Sherriff Electrical is an Australian owned Electrical Wholesaler.  Regarded as one of the leading independents, our people strive to provide the highest level of customer service possible. An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our friendly team here at the Gladstone branch.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A successful track record of identifying opportunities and developing new business.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships within large private and public sector organisations.
  • Exposure to Relationship Management of Internal & External Business Partners.
  • Proven Sales Management and achievement of sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence in a range of situations.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Microsoft Server technology.
  • Sound knowledge of industry practices and changes.
  • Build upon existing clients, create new clients and achieve quarterly budgets.
  • Experience with tender processes including the analysis of financial and operational performance reports.
