Your Role

You'll be the face of Capital Electrical in the property management world — building strong relationships, growing our smoke alarm compliance portfolio, and promoting our full suite of services, including:

  • Smoke alarm upgrades & compliance packages
  • General electrical services
  • Air conditioning installation & maintenance

You'll be backed by a reliable team of technicians and admin support, so you can focus on what you do best — building business and exceeding client expectations.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales or business development experience (real estate sector preferred)
  • Knowledge of smoke alarm compliance (advantageous, not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Confidence building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
