The Company

Our client is a pioneer on the EV charging arena and have been developing industry leading solutions to support electric vehicle charging infrastructure globally for more than a decade. They are embarking on an exciting phase backed by ground-breaking technology which will be the next evolution for the EV industry at scale.

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to take ownership and lead this next phase or development from concept through to industrialisation. In this role you will have full cradle to crave accountability and manage the full landscape of programme delivery.

You will have the following skills and experience

  • Extensive Programme or Project Management in the power electronics industry and direct exposure taking products from concept through to industrialisation
  • Demonstratable experience leading cross-functional teams in geographically dispersed locations and the ability to show exceptional programme leadership
  • You will have direct experience with specification control, data judgement, process governance, validation planning, prototype management and technical arbitration in a highly complex and technical environment.
  • Conversant with MS Project, Jira, Waterfall and Agile methodologies and exposure to ENCATA or APQP

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field - previous experience or tertiary qualification in power electronics will be highly regarded
  • Formal Project Management qualifications will be an advantage
