One of our directors has a remarkable track record, having successfully built one of the largest medical lending finance companies, including a private lending division. The second director brings extensive expertise in funds and investment management, ensuring that each deal is meticulously worked on and managed for both integrity and profitability. This Director has managed Ultra HNW Portfolios for Investors in the Billions. Together, their mentorship and experience create a supportive environment that will contribute to your success and the overall advancement of the organisation.

Role Description

Reporting to the Chief Operating & Strategy Officer, this 6-month contract is an on-site role for a Program Manager, Technology & AI (Contract) at Tyalla Capital. The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate technology and AI initiatives, build a technology & product runway; ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role involves liaising with stakeholders, defining project requirements, developing project plans, and managing resources. This role is located in the Greater Melbourne Area.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technology and AI project management
  • Strong organizational and resource management skills
  • Ability to define project requirements and develop detailed project plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greater Melbourne Area
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience in the financial or capital industry is a plus
