We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to lead and coordinate delivery squads across
RegStar 26 product streams
. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing
Agile/Scrum teams
and will oversee cross-functional delivery teams including developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and architects. You will be responsible for ensuring successful sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery outcomes within complex, multi-system environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple delivery squads within
    RegStar 26 product streams
    .
  • Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement, collaboration, and cross-team communication.
  • Handle dependencies, risks, and report progress to the Program Delivery Manager.
  • Utilize
    Azure DevOps
    ,
    Jira
    , and
    Confluence
    for tracking and reporting.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years
    in IT delivery, with 5+ years managing Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Expertise in
    Agile
    methodologies, Scrum practices, and
    DevOps
    delivery.
  • Proficiency with
    Azure DevOps
    ,
    Jira
    , and
    Confluence
    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a complex environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP
    ,
    PMI-ACP
    ,
    CSM
    , or
    SAFe
    certification.
  • Experience in regulated or large-scale environments.
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD
    , cloud architecture, and automation tools.
