PMO Lead – Greenfield

We're seeking a PMO Lead to design and establish a new function from the ground up, supporting two enterprise-scale transformation programs.

This is a senior role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can set clear structures quickly, and has the consulting toolkit to influence at the top table.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and stand up a PMO capability from scratch – governance, reporting, frameworks, and delivery rhythm
  • Support two major programs balancing quick wins with strategic uplift
  • Partner closely with executives and program directors, ensuring delivery momentum and upward alignment
  • Establish portfolio management practices that enable better prioritisation, demand shaping, and scaling of initiatives

We're Looking For

  • Experienced
    management consultant pedigree (MBB or similar)
    with proven PMO set-up and transformation delivery experience
  • Strong portfolio/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple streams and upward stakeholder demand
  • Track record in
    performance improvement and cost-out programs
    , with a pragmatic eye for what can be implemented fast
  • Comfortable leading without a playbook—building structure where little exists, and ensuring adoption at all levels
