About the Role

Guardian Master Builders is seeking an experienced Building & Systems Manager to lead our construction operations and enhance our internal systems. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to senior management, and will play a central part in ensuring operational excellence across all residential builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end construction processes for custom and luxury home projects across Southeast QLD
  • Implement and optimise building systems, from project management to quality control and compliance
  • Collaborate closely with design consultants, trades, clients, suppliers and management to drive alignment with company standards
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and compliance with QBCC and local council regulations
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project consistency
About You
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within residential construction (preferably residential home builds)
  • Strong systems-thinking approach with expertise in process optimisation and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Queensland building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices
