About The Role
Due to continued growth, we're expanding our Construction team in Queensland. With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to quality, we're looking for someone who values what they do and is passionate about leading and developing a high-performing team of Site Managers.

You'll play a key role in driving safety, build quality, customer satisfaction, and team development, all while optimising build times and ensuring efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Site Managers to meet construction targets
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure homes are delivered on time and within financial targets
  • Conduct site audits, toolbox talks, and safety chats to uphold our strong safety culture
  • Build and maintain relationships with key trades and suppliers
  • Perform regular QA checks to ensure consistent, high-quality workmanship
  • Develop team members and foster a culture of growth and accountability
  • Monitor and control ETS spend through effective cost and resource management

About You

  • 3–5+ years of site management experience in QLD residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of the building industry, ideally with a trade background
  • Current Building Supervisor's licence
  • Established trade network highly regarded
  • Confident leader with a passion for team development and construction excellence
