As our portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced Construction Operations Manager to join our Brisbane team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing the successful execution of multiple large-scale solar and BESS projects across the region, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction across utility-scale solar and BESS projects, ensuring compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate multidisciplinary site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project delivery goals.

• Provide constructability input, feasibility assessments, and pre-construction advice to support bids and investment decisions.

• Define and implement construction strategies, budgets, KPIs, and resource allocation for optimal performance.

• Engage with clients, suppliers, grid operators, and stakeholders to manage relationships, contracts, and project risks.

• Drive quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years' experience in construction leadership, with proven success on large-scale solar, BESS, or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of Australian construction law, standards, and contract frameworks (AS4000, AS4902, FIDIC, NZS3910).

• Track record in safety leadership, risk management, and quality assurance.

• Chartered/Registered Professional status (e.g., CPEng, AIQS, MRICS) highly regarded.
