What does a typical day look like at Work Perfect?
Your day revolves around directing and assisting clients in their pursuit of turning complex business challenges into structured, scalable digital solutions. You will:
· Lead and coordinate SaaS implementation projects from initiation to delivery (predominantly on and integrated platforms).
· Run discovery workshops with client stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
· Gather and document requirements, creating clear scope of work and functional specifications.
· Develop project plans, manage timelines, and track milestones to ensure delivery to scope, budget, and quality.
· Collaborate closely with consultants and technical specialists to design, test, and deploy solutions.
· Facilitate client meetings, manage expectations, and provide proactive updates on project progress.
· Support process design and optimisation, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective workflows and automations.
· Identify risks and dependencies, escalating and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
· In some projects, you'll also step into a Business Analyst role that would require mapping processes, writing user stories, and validating requirements during testing and deployment.

· 2-4 years' experience in project coordination, project management, or business analysis within a SaaS or IT consulting environment.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
· Proven ability to facilitate discovery or requirements workshops with stakeholders.
· Excellent documentation and communication skills - confident in translating business requirements into deliverables.
· Solid understanding of project management principles (agile, waterfall, and/or hybrid).
· A proactive, structured problem-solver who can balance detail with big-picture delivery.
· Familiarity with , or similar work management platforms (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, ClickUp), is highly desirable.
· Residing in Australia.
