Established in 1969, Cook's Plumbing Supplies is a successful family-run business and a leader in the industry. Across NSW and QLD, Cook's consists of thirteen trade stores, a home builders division, a commercial projects division, a dedicated plumbing estimator team, and four retail showrooms.

The role involves coordinating pre-booked sales consultancy appointments with new home buyers, guiding them through their bathroom and kitchen product options. You will be responsible for quoting, assisting the home builder, and ensuring delivery of the home with signed contracts.

Studio Eden" is a state-of-the-art concept showroom featuring all finishing building products under the Eden Brae brand. Cook's is well represented within Studio Eden, showcasing the very best in bathroom, kitchen, and laundry products.

You will provide customers with professional, expert advice and tailored solutions for their dream home, assisting them in making bathroom, kitchen, and laundry product choices. In addition to working in a stunning and inspiring environment, the convenient Norwest location is just a five-minute walk from the Metro station and other public transport options.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Develop trust and deliver excellence in customer service throughout the entire customer experience
  • Create amazing outcomes for our customers with your design and creative flair, delivering the best possible buying experience
  • Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation, including up-to-date product displays that showcase on-trend, functional products and create inspiring solutions
  • Perform administrative duties including data input, communication with customers and Eden Brae Homes
  • Ensure follow-up and service excellence are maintained
  • Show enthusiasm and a willingness to become the ultimate professional in delivering expert advice
