KEY DUTIES AND TASKS
- Provide front line customer service to both internal personnel and external MLG customers, including answering telephones and greeting visitors in a positive and professional manner
- Collect, process, and distribute daily mail
- Create various professional presentations and posters as required
- Complete uniforms orders for employees, liaise with suppliers and maintain uniform order spreadsheet
- Complete end of month requirements in a timely manner in accordance to the procedure manual
Ability to:
- Work autonomously and manage your own time efficiently.
- Communicate professionally, with an excellent telephone manner and friend
Proven experience in/to:
- Previous busy reception roles
- Administration positions
- Working with Microsoft Office suite
Qualifications
- Current WA C Driver's License
- Certificate II or III in Administration or equivalent
