Operations and Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Reception & Office Support: Manage front desk duties, answer calls, and handle administrative tasks including site paperwork and filing.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with ad hoc recruitment tasks, such as candidate coordination and documentation.
- Orientation Coordination: Organise and facilitate new employee orientation sessions.
- Mobilisation Assistance: Work closely with the Mobilisation Coordinator to prepare for upcoming jobs and project requirements.
- Vehicle Cleaning & Management: Oversee cleaning, upkeep, and scheduling of company vehicle maintenance.
- Site Gear Preparation: Ensure equipment and materials are prepared and available for upcoming projects.
About You
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must hold a current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Previous experience in administration, recruitment, or site support (preferred but not essential).
