The Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised person to provide administration and customer service support at our
Kalgoorlie
branch. This is a
full-time permanent role
, Monday to Friday,
7:00 am to 3:30 pm
. You will help the team run smoothly by handling customer enquiries, data entry, and general office tasks using systems like Salesforce and iTrack (training provided).
*Key Responsibilities*
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Complete data entry and admin tasks accurately
- Support operations and administration team with daily tasks
- Assist with staff on-boarding, off-boarding, and training records
- Perform reception duties as needed
*What We're Looking For*
- Experience in customer service or office administration (logistics background is a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
- Proficient in MS Office
- Commitment to safety and following processes
