Valentinos, a busy family Italian Restaurant in the heart of Broadbeach is seeking a Qualified Chef and Chef de partie to join our team. Applicant must be enthusiastic and able to work in a busy team environment. Experience on Grill would be beneficial.

We are looking for team players, who have a passion for the industry and for food.

Experience:

  • Chef: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Eligibility:

  • Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations
  • Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities
  • Hours: 30-40 per week

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Evening shift
