Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT
Solutions Sales Executive
with 6 to 10 years of B2B sales experience to drive business growth, build strategic client relationships, and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology Sales and IT Solutions sales and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, outbound prospecting, and marketing leads.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (especially SaaS products / Services on product suites), Solutioning.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, implementation, and Directors.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting to management.
  • Represent Exsead Group at industry events and conferences as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7 to 10 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, IT solutions, or digital services.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, ITSM, or CX platforms (ITSM and CRM tools experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and close a sales pipeline.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients in Australia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
