Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with senior leadership and business units to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Foster collaboration across matrix teams, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
Essential Experience & Skills:
  • 10 years of experience managing capital projects in IT, Telecommunications, or Financial Services.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale data projects (5 system integrations, budgets over $5M ).
  • Strong background in Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix reporting structure (10 resources).
  • Expertise in cloud migrations (including SaaS), stakeholder management, and contract oversight.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Familiarity with commercial business case modelling and system integration consulting.
