Currently, the Complex Program Solutions team, (CPS) are looking for experienced Transition and or Program professionals to join our growing team in Australia. We have multiple roles available and you can work from any location in Australia.

You must have a current right to work in Australia.
- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and experience working in a business development environment and completing compelling program proposals, including understanding contract related risks and issues specific to planning, execution, and project controls.
- Leading a variety of multiple deals at different stages of the pursuit process, including the delivery of initial responses, due diligence, contract finalisation and the mobilisation of secured business.
- Integrating with our delivery capability to support our delivery teams and integrating capabilities across the firm to ensure client engagements are delivered to the highest quality by implementing the right program and project management disciplines using strong offering and operational knowledge.
- Leading and /or supporting programs through DXC deal assurance process
- Supporting complex client engagement and maintaining client relationship, ensuring an excellent client experience.

**About You**
- Proven track record in outsourcing or management consulting with solid transition, transformation, or program experience in a sales support and or delivery capacity.
- Experienced developing program artefacts with agile virtual teams within short timeframes
- Contract and commercial experience and a strong understanding of deal transaction processes
- Ability to develop client relationships from first meeting to trusted advisor at the senior management level and below
- Ability to participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
- Experience with multiple project methodologies for example, Agile project development
