Our Regional Application Centre drives the performance of our Projects & Services business from tendering to execution, delivering large-scale, high-impact electrical distribution and automation solutions across APAC.

Based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, we're looking for a Customer Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects from cutting-edge data centres to energy infrastructure combining Schneider Electric's global supply chain with digital innovation.

What you'll do:

  • Lead large, multi-technology projects across APAC, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes
  • Coordinate with global Schneider factories and suppliers for integrated MV/LV, automation, and digital solutions
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and customer relationships across design, procurement, and execution phases
  • Identify and manage project risks, changes and claims
  • Ensure compliance with Schneider's Customer Project Process and contractual obligations
  • Provide expert input to sales, tendering, and peer project managers

What you bring:

  • 8+ years' experience managing complex, high-profile industrial or infrastructure projects
  • managing Complex O&G, Multi-technology / Datacentre projects
  • Experience with offshore manufacturing, global procurement, and construction integration
  • PMP certification (or ability to achieve it within 12 months)
  • Proven stakeholder engagement up to executive levels
  • Great commercial, contract, and financial acumen
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on an ad hoc basis
