Senior Finance Leadership Role

This is a strategic leadership position requiring business acumen to lead the development of governance and business services operating models for organisational transformation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead financial reporting and support governance stream with key project deliverables.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on business readiness requirements.
  • Oversee setup of financial frameworks ensuring alignment with long-term objectives, compliance obligations, and financial sustainability.
  • Develop and manage delivery plan to ensure all project milestones are achieved and risks identified early.
  • Prepare high-quality project documentation in a timely manner.
About You
  • Degree qualifications in finance, business administration, or related field, or extensive relevant experience of typically up to 15 years.
  • Demonstrated experience working with diverse teams delivering services to meet financial performance criteria.
  • Negotiating, managing, and executing contracts and/or agreements.
  • High-level financial management skills including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Working with data to inform business decision-making.

What's On Offer

This is a term contract position aligned with organisational transformation, with an expected duration of up to three years.

An attractive remuneration package from $138,124.81 to $152,133.01 plus superannuation will be offered.
