Description
- High volume, end-to-end processing of payroll for a diverse workforce.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies.
- Managing payroll queries and providing exceptional customer service to employees.
- Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
- Supporting the implementation of new payroll systems and process improvements.
- Identifying opportunities for efficiency and recommending solutions.
- Collaborating with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of data.
Profile
We are seeking a proactive, solutions-focused Payroll Officer who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key attributes include:

Job Offer
- $100,000 - $110,000 including super (with potential flex)
