A dynamic and growing organisation, with operations across three key sectors, is seeking a Payroll Officer to join their team Part-Time (3 days a week) on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated payroll professional to provide crucial support across processing and data administration.

About The Role

  • Manage and support end-to-end payroll processing for a diverse workforce of approximately 1000 employees.
  • Oversee data administration, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all payroll records.
  • Maintain meticulous payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.
  • Process paid-billing or client-charging, applying your experience in these areas.
  • Respond to employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end payroll procedures and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless information flow.

About You

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and payroll data administration.
  • Experience with paid-billing or client-charging is highly regarded.
  • Experience with Fast Track 360 is a massive plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Adaptable and able to manage a varied workload.
