We are looking for a qualified chef who can work within a dynamic and high performing environment.

  • Planning, understanding & menu preparation according to the specifications of client. Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation. Manage the maintenance and ordering stocks and supplies Maintain consistent food standards. Lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient and productive delivery of quality food. Maintain and monitoring standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance. Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for equipment, storage, and work areas Seasoning food according to recipes and ensuring the availability of seasonal ingredients and spices as needed Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen Estimate expected food consumption and organises preparation Control food cost and manages overall kitchen Ensures proper grooming and hygiene standards of whole kitchen and its staffs. Keep records and accounts of food purchases Meet with customers to ensure a great meal experience Prepare any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins Offer a creative menu to compete with other restaurants

  • Certificate IV in Commercial cookery Diploma of Hospitality Management Minimum of 2 years' experience in relevant field is required Uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, consistency, presentation and safety. Strong communication skills and grace under pressure

Salary: $76,515 salary annually inclusive of superannuation
