What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum two years of experience in fine dining or similar venues.
  • Experience in menu planning and rostering for the venue.
  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef is preferred.
  • Pub and club experience will not be considered.
  • Must hold a valid visa for at least six months (if not an Australian permanent resident or citizen)
