Our client, a leading Australian infrastructure services provider, is seeking a Regional Business Development & Bid Manager to drive growth across Queensland.

Reporting to the Executive GM Northern, you will shape and execute the regional business development strategy, build and maintain high-value client relationships, and lead the end-to-end bid process to secure major contracts. You'll mentor a high-performing team, deliver compelling bids and presentations, and collaborate closely with senior leaders to anticipate client needs and capture new opportunities.

We're looking for a results-driven leader with proven success in winning work in civil infrastructure or construction. You'll bring commercial acumen, industry insight, and a strong network to deepen client partnerships and elevate market position.
