Bid Manager

Working with the Australian based presales and sales team you will provide a compelling customer experience by producing high quality tender responses and proposals. You will have an excellent attention to detail and have a strong business acumen. You will be process driven and a great communicator with a demonstrated understanding of ERP Solutions. TechnologyOne is currently going through an exciting growth phase in Australia & this role will play a pivotal part in the continued success of TechOne

What you'll be doing…

• Own and manage the end-to-end bid and tender process, ensuring all responses are accurate, consistent, and compelling to both current and prospective customers.

• Coordinate and track all formal customer proposals and tender submissions, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Build strong relationships with Sales and Consulting teams to effectively communicate timelines and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee bid sign-off processes, including initial screening, tracking acknowledgements, and securing final approvals from bid authorisers.

• Maintain and continuously improve bid processes and documentation to drive efficiency and quality.

Your talents

• 5-7 years of proven experience in Bid Management, ideally within the technology sector

• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with stakeholders across multiple geographies

• Strong understanding of corporate processes such as bid management, sales cadence, and Software as a Service (SaaS)

• Familiarity with industries like local government, higher education, and health & community services

• Highly developed written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, with excellent attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
