BID Capital is a Brisbane-based mortgage brokerage helping clients achieve their property and financial goals through tailored, client-focused lending solutions. We are expanding and seeking a Mortgage Broker to join our growing team — someone who brings experience, initiative, and a commitment to excellence in client service.

About the Role:

As a Broker, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes. This role suits a motivated professional who thrives on autonomy, values integrity, and enjoys problem-solving.

You will:

  • Manage clients from initial consultation through to settlement, providing expert lending advice.
  • Structure and process a diverse range of loans — including residential, investment, and SMSF lending.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client and referral relationships.
  • Convert warm and self-generated leads into settled loans through professional advice and outstanding service.
  • Collaborate closely with BID Capital's management, broker, credit, and client service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Represent BID Capital with professionalism, energy, and care in all interactions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in mortgage broking.
  • Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Certificate IV minimum).
  • Proven experience with SMSF lending (essential).
  • Demonstrated success in managing loans from application to settlement.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with company goals.
  • Driven to build a client base and foster lasting relationships.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Remuneration:

Negotiable structure — choose between:
