The opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for an additional Bid Administrator to join our Queensland team working with bid managers and bid directors, as well as our Pursuits & Bidding team to support work winning activities. What will I do?

• Bid inbox management including downloading of tender documentation and updating the Bid Tracker
• Setting up tender folders and administrative needs on tenders
• Schedule meetings and coordinate:
• Bid Go / No Go
• Contract reviews
• Bid reviews
• Bid support:
• Standard input and tender forms
• Source background information
• Source CVs
• Format, compile and finalise response documents
• Compliance checks
• Post-bid activities (filing, PJN closeout, feedback upload etc)
• CRM data entry under direction of LBL / GTM Geography Lead
