Project Administrator

About the Role
You'll work closely with the projects team, site teams, and key stakeholders to help deliver essential upgrade works across schools, public buildings, and community facilities. Over a 3-month contract, you'll provide hands-on administrative and project support across tendering, documentation, scheduling, and client communication - helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with RFQs, tender documentation, and estimating support
- Coordinate trade schedules and stakeholder communication
- Maintain workflow tracking and document control systems
- Support claim management, monthly reporting, and milestone tracking
- Liaise with community housing providers, consultants, and suppliers
- Assist with close-out documentation and handover processes
What You'll Bring
- Experience in project coordination or construction administration
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Understanding of construction workflows and documentation processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint and scheduling tools desirable
