The Opportunity _

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and motivated Inventory Analyst to join our Operations Team at our Mt Hawthorn Warehouse.

The Role_

The Inventory Analyst will perform a holistic cleaning of data and development of improved processes to enable integrity in the organisations inventory management and quoting system. The role supports our online retail environment through ensuring accurate data, descriptions and imagery, as well as supporting re-purchasing through data analysis.

  • A permanent position full time 1 FTE (5 days per week)
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager

SKU Management

  • Ensure all SKU's reflect agreed and uniform formula. Retrospectively apply this to inventory list.
  • Focus on SKU Structure to be consistent but adaptable, based on the various product categories.
  • Develop documentation as guidelines

Inventory Data

  • Clean up of inventory data to ensure consistency for customers and team members with focus items such as:

  • Obtaining updated supplied price list and revise where required

  • Both RRP and Cost prices are entered for all products, and kept up to date
  • Create new SKU's for new collections/orders
  • Development of brand landed cost calculations
  • Develop process documentation on management of inventory levels for the team to use
  • Ensure inventory across Cin7, Stage force and Woo Commerce is accurate at all times.

E-commerce Support

  • Add images to all products in Cin7
  • Identify current products that are without a stock photo available and prioritise 'in stock' products
  • Create a policy for capturing new incoming products that don't have photos
  • Photoshop supplier images to suit Loam website style guide
  • Ensure product descriptions follow SEO optimised formula

Inventory Order Collation & Reporting

  • Optimise in-stock position to meet demand of core products, through accurate forecast of unit volumes and supplier stock availability, ensuring re-ordering parameters are considered.
  • Liaising with the three divisions – Retail, Staging and Styling, A&D to determine ordering requirements.
  • Producing a pictorial order for review.

Skills and Experience _

  • 3 Years Inventory Experience – Retail industry preferred
  • Inventory/warehouse/operations experience
  • Data Analysis
  • Inventory System experiences – Cin7 preferred or similar
  • E commerce experience an advantage
  • Administrative experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Professional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work within deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Data entry with high accuracy abilities
