About the Role

You'll work closely with the projects team, site teams, and key stakeholders to help deliver essential upgrade works across schools, public buildings, and community facilities. Over a 3-month contract, you'll provide hands-on administrative and project support across tendering, documentation, scheduling, and client communication - helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with RFQs, tender
    documentation, and estimating support
  • Coordinate trade schedules
    and stakeholder communication
  • Maintain workflow tracking
    and document control systems
  • Support claim management,
    monthly reporting, and milestone tracking
  • Liaise with community housing
    providers, consultants, and suppliers
  • Assist with close-out
    documentation and handover processes

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in project
    coordination or construction administration
  • Strong organisational and
    time management skills
  • Excellent communication and
    stakeholder engagement
  • High attention to detail and
    ability to manage competing priorities
  • Understanding of construction
    workflows and documentation processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft
    Office; experience with SharePoint and scheduling tools desirable
