Roles We Provide

Customer Service Roles – Make a Difference
Full-time hours | 37.5 hrs each week
Help customers daily – Answer calls, emails & chats per day)
Achieve key metrics – Handling time, quality & customer satisfaction
Full training provided – Feel confident from day one

What You Need

Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) – Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Professional references from previous employers
