We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as soon as possible:

Role: Call Centre Customer Service Representative - Permanent full time roles available

Location: Warwick Farm, NSW 2170

FULLTIME HOURS

Expected Hours of Work: To be discussed

The position will include duties such as but will not be limited to:

  • High volume inbound calls
  • Addressing existing and new customer enquires/matters and or complaints
  • Track and trace deliveries to provide feedback to customers i.e. ETA
  • Maintain status of enquiry by using internal systems
  • Liaise with different levels of people within the organisation to locate freight
  • General administrative functions.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume contact centre environment (2 years)
  • Professional and confident with a customer service focus
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • Positive and resilient outlook
  • Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
  • Able to provide at least two employment references.
