Full-Time Charity Call Centre Representative – Immediate Start | Supportive Team Culture

Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for making a difference? We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our charity call centre team.

In this full-time role, you'll play a key part in raising vital funds and awareness for some of Australia's most respected not-for-profit organisations. You'll be speaking with members of the public over the phone, sharing powerful stories, and inspiring meaningful contributions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident communication skills and a friendly phone manner
  • Passion for people and a genuine interest in the not-for-profit sector
  • Ability to work towards individual and team targets
  • Previous call centre, customer service or sales experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • Must be 18+ with full working rights in Australia
