What does the job look like?As a Call Centre/ Customer Service Manager, you'll be leading a close-knit team of 40 dedicated call centre professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. This isn't a typical Call Centre – we focus on providing top-tier service and effective solutions to our customers with operational hours from 6 AM to midnight, 7 days a week. Key areas:
- Coaching and leading teams across customer service
- Managing all escalations both internally and with clientele
- Reporting and analyzing teams' performance
- Continuous improvement to systems and processes
- Responsible for team budget
- Previous experience in a leadership position in customer service environment
- Solution orientated attitude
- Natural flair to build relationships and influence outcomes
- Intermediate excel skills
- An excellent attitude with a desire to lead, coach and develop others
