About Us:

The Veneer Studio is a boutique dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences. We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Dental Practice Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment and is passionate about both patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Communication & Lead Management: Respond to enquiries via email, phone calls, and word-of-mouth referrals. Manage and nurture leads, including follow-up calls, addressing patient queries, and handling objections.
  • Diary & Appointment Management: Confirm appointments, manage the practice's diary, and ensure a smooth flow of patient visits.
  • Patient Care: Conduct TLC (Tender Loving Care) phone calls after each patient visit to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Administrative Excellence: Build and maintain a lead management system, organise bills, and manage accounts payable efficiently.
  • Creative Innovation: Opportunity to utilise creative autonomy to draft pamphlets, social media ideas, and bolster the marketing of the business.

What We're Looking For:

  • A motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care.
  • Experience in a similar role within the dental or healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing administrative tasks, including billing and diary management.
