Collections Officers needed

We're looking for confident and experienced Collections Officers to join our friendly and small team in Bundall on a casual contract where you can work hours that suit you If you are parent that requires more flexible hours, or are a University student looking for holiday work, then this is the job for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of overdue customer accounts
  • Make outbound and take inbound calls to negotiate payment arrangements
  • Send and manage follow-up communications (emails, SMS, and letters of demand)
  • Record accurate case notes and update internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant legislation (e.g. National Credit Code, Privacy Act)
