Gen Physio Clinicians provide mobile community-based care to clients across a variety of settings including in homes, schools, childcare centres, aged care, parks, gyms and so many more areas - there is never a dull moment in community care Gen Physio provide services including Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry and Dietetics. We're focused on delivering high quality, excellent care for our clients and supporting our people along the way.

We're looking for a passionate Talent & Culture Officer to join our People & Culture team and help us attract, develop, and engage our exceptional workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on talent development and organisational culture. This role would be set to commence January 2026

Based at our Bundall Head office and reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in supporting end to end recruitment, student placement programs, employee engagement, and the overall development of our workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities of this role:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: advertising, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Partner with Operations leaders to identify workforce needs and guide recruitment.
  • Support offboarding processes, including stakeholder notifications and system updates.
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns and keep the careers page current.

Student Placement Program

  • Manage student placements and act as the main liaison with universities, students, and clinical teams.
  • Ensure placements are structured, supported, and aligned with learning outcomes and organisational goals.
  • Monitor feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.

People & Culture Support

  • Assist with HR processes: employment agreements, letters, record-keeping, and compliance.
  • Support engagement surveys, performance management, probationary reviews, and team check-ins.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS data.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects as needed.

Team & Organisational Culture

  • Support initiatives that enhance organisational culture and team engagement.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders and managers to implement effective initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (desirable).
  • Experience coordinating recruitment or student placement programs (highly regarded).
  • Proficiency in Employment Hero and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong attention to detail.
