About your new role

Are you passionate about strategic asset management and long-term sustainability planning? We're seeking an experienced and driven Senior Asset Management Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our infrastructure.

As the Senior Asset Management Officer, you'll coordinate and lead the ongoing development, implementation, and review of comprehensive asset management plans. Your work will directly support our sustainability objectives and ensure our infrastructure is managed effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and refine asset management plans aligned with long-term sustainability goals.
  • Lead financial forecasting and long-term planning for asset portfolios.
  • Drive continuous improvement in asset management systems and practices.
  • Coordinate asset condition assessments and infrastructure revaluations.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for asset data improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best practices in maintenance planning and reporting.

We're looking for people who have:

  • Proven experience in asset management, infrastructure planning, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial forecasting skills.
  • Knowledge of asset condition assessments and lifecycle planning.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Asset Management, Construction management, Town Planning or similar or equivalent experience.
