Rockdale Mazda have an exciting opportunity available for a  Assistant Sales Manager. We are seeking the talents of a motivated, energetic team player, customer service orientated and a result driven person to join our team.

Working closely with the Sales Team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Sales Manager with the planning, organisation and day to day operation of the Sales Department
  • Conduct regular follow-up of all Guests enquiries
  • Sales department audit compliance of Vehicle Purchase Contracts
  • Handle all enquiries in an efficient and helpful manner.
  • Prepare correspondence for Sales department, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Building rapport with current and previous Guests
  • Understanding Guests needs and ensuring they find the right vehicle for them
  • Assisting with staff vehicle sales
  • Learning and gaining product knowledge and be able to sell the benefits and features of each model
  • A strong passion for the Mazda brand
  • A desire to proactively seek new business
  • Assist with end of month reporting and analysis

As our ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • A current NSW Driver's licence is required at all times.
  • Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
  • Outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proven sales record experience with the ability to meet set targets
  • Intermediate PC skills
  • Be a team player
  • Be able to work autonomously
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Must work in line with Rockdale Mazda's Values and Supporting Behaviour
