About the Role:

As the New Car Assistant Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for meeting individual sales targets, helping drive the new car sales department, while delivering the highest level of satisfaction for our customers. Working alongside an experienced and talented leadership group and a high-performing finance & insurance team, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the Dealership's customer base.

The successful candidate will possess excellent operational knowledge of DMS & CRM systems and have excellent operational skills to help assist the New Vehicle department. Prior experience supervising and leading a team of Sales Consultants will be viewed upon favourably.

What we need from you:

  • Previous automotive sales experience (Experience with luxury automotive brands will be looked upon favourably)
  • Previous managerial experience (not essential but will be looked upon favourably)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Great team player with a strong work-ethic
  • A commitment to grow with the brand and company
  • Well-presented and charismatic with an understanding and appreciation for the luxury market
  • A current driver's licence
