Your new role:

As the Site Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy construction site. Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and Project Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing site documentation, registers, and filing systems
  • Coordinating site inductions and maintaining compliance records
  • Assisting with subcontractor onboarding
  • Supporting procurement and delivery scheduling
  • Liaising with head office on administrative and reporting requirements
  • General office management and support to site personnel

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in a Site Administration role within construction
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software (e.g. Procore, Aconex)
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude
